We're Hiring: Email Marketing Copywriter
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced copywriter who specializes in eCommerce email marketing. You should have at least 2 years of experience writing emails for DTC eCommerce brands.
This is not a trainee or junior position; we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and produce compelling copy that converts.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Copywriting: Write persuasive and brand-aligned copy for campaigns and automated flows that nurture customers and generate sales.
- Research: Understand each client’s brand voice, product offering, and customer base to craft authentic messaging.
- Collaboration: Work with strategists and designers to ensure messaging aligns with strategy and visuals.
- Optimization: Use feedback, testing, and performance data to continuously improve copy effectiveness.
- Documentation: Keep clear notes and copy versions organized for team and client reference.
Success Criteria
- Brand Alignment: Copy is on-brand, compelling, and requires minimal revisions.
- Drive Results: Emails consistently contribute to measurable improvements in client revenue and engagement.
- Reliability: Deliver work on time with a high standard of quality.
- Adaptability: Quickly learn new client voices and adapt copy style accordingly.
Skills and Qualities
- eCommerce Expertise: Proven experience writing for DTC eCommerce brands, as well as B2B eCommerce.
- Persuasive Writing: Strong grasp of direct response and conversion-focused copy.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous about grammar, tone, and brand voice consistency.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with strategists, designers, and project managers.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and proactive in updates and feedback.
Location: Fully Remote
We are a remote-only company. You will be joining a small team of around ten staff, primarily based in the Americas and Europe.
